Caroline finds empowerment in being herself, and through hard work and determination, she’s been able to make a living doing what she loves. As the owner and operator of a highly respected community dance studio, Broome County Dance Center, LLC, her passion is to challenge her dancers of all ages and help bring out the confidence in them. With over 20 years of teaching experience, watching the young ones grow and develop their individuality throughout the years gives her warm purpose. And to give her adult students the opportunity to come back to something they once loved as a child, feel that nostalgia and realize their own untapped abilities, gives her endless motivation. It’s an honor to know that for many people, the studio provides their creative outlet, their safe space, or their mentors. The inclusive atmosphere of her studio sets the tone for self-empowerment, self-acceptance, as well as building authentic relationships with others. Throughout the pandemic, the dance studio has created a safe, yet interactive environment to continue dance education while looking forward to a hopeful and safe future.
As a multiple business owner, Caroline is also a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in both New York and Pennsylvania for Keller Williams Greater Binghamton. With a hunger for success fresh out of the gate, Caroline achieved Rookie of the Year, the Million Dollar Club, and has been recognized as one of the lead voices for their Social Equity Taskforce. Fast forward a few years later, that hunger is still there, fueling her hard work. The combination of her optimistic approach to her work and genuine interest in her clients has provided her with a wealth of experience in different areas of customer service and human relations. Her determination and commitment to advocating for all of her clients’ endeavors is a priority she takes pride in. It really is quite a rush when you get to the finish line, knowing you’ve helped someone find happiness in their dream home.
As an avid supporter of women-owned businesses, Caroline strives to help serve as an example to future entrepreneurs. Additionally, she contributes to and actively supports her community’s many small businesses and Humane Society (huge fur-baby supporter!!) in any way she can. She’s a firm believer that we rise by lifting others, and there’s plenty of success to go around! Cheers!
