As per a report done by She Finds, Jenner typically has a big breakfast like avocado and eggs, followed by some toast or a big bowl of oatmeal. As she interviewed with People the series of meals help her through photoshoots, meetings, and other schedules of her long day.
However, Jenner’s Instagram feed also gives away some more details of her breakfast. Once she shared a snap of pancakes, bacon, and a big dollop of whipped butter, followed by a large plate of hash browns. In another post, she shared pictures of her caramel French toast with a side of puffed rice cereal. Besides that, she also loves French toast coupled up with yogurt and caramel apples.
What Does She Drink In A Day?
Breakfast is surely the most important food of her day, but she is also very particular about staying hydrated which most of us often neglect. Staying hydrated doesn’t mean you have to drink four liters of water every day. You can opt for fruit-infused water, or even coffee or tea.
Anyway, what does Kendall do? What is her preferred method? Well, for her, it’s just a cup of detox tea she starts her day with. While chatting with E! News, she shared that she drinks at least twelve cups a day.
Tea is not the only secret of her glowing skin. In her interview with Harper’s Bazaar, she revealed that she makes it a priority to drink plenty of water too – “Plus, I love kiwi strawberry Snapple.”
What’s Her Go-To Lunch?
Of course, it’s Kendall Jenner and a day in her life looks like…busy. Whether it is hopping on a flight for the fashion or meeting her sister, time is never too free to enjoy an afternoon meal with ease. She told Harper’s Bazaar – “On most days my lunch is really quick. Usually, I end up with brown rice and lean chicken. Plus, my all-time favorite snack is raw vegetables with hummus and dips.”
Besides, regular meals, Jenner also loves healthy snacks. Having a whole range of munchies is super important for Jenner’s day. Some of her favorite snacks are peanut butter and carrots with hummus.
She Has Her Cheat Days Too
Well, the world-class model doesn’t say no to foods she loves. Her half-sister Khloe Kardashian once said “Kendall loves pizza and burgers. She is my go-to buddy on a cheat day.”
